Amazing service from start to finish, friendly team that quickly replies (whether by email or face-to-face) and really goes the extra mile to assist you as much as possible.

I had a good experience at the Canary Wharf location, especially with Henna and Kristina. Henna walked me through picking out the diamond and was super helpful with my specific needs and, more crucially, my tight schedule. Their effort really made the proposal a hit!

I've picked up a few items before and dropped by to chat with the wonderful Andrew who assisted us previously. The after-sales care and service are top-notch every single time.

I ordered an engagement ring and got a diamond from the Covent Garden Store back in December. We had already been given the runaround by the Canary Wharf store after settling on a diamond, then they just went silent on us. We had a delivery date set for January 28th. There was absolutely no communication; I tried reaching out several times but got no decent response. That date was a must for us, and we had already paid in full. If you want your order on the agreed date, don’t waste your time with Vashi. Now we’re stuck trying to get our money back, which is just a real hassle.

Huge thanks to Alex and Wassila for their help throughout our journey with the wedding bands, we really appreciate it! We definitely suggest Vashi.

In December 2022, we purchased a stunning engagement ring from Vashi Covent Garden. The entire process was fantastic from start to finish. Louis was super kind, attentive, and really helpful - as soon as we entered the store, he patiently showed us a variety of rings and took the time to understand our preferences. He played a key role in helping us discover the ideal ring, which has become a cherished part of our engagement tale! To top it off, the ring arrived weeks earlier than expected, letting us get engaged just before Christmas. We’re really looking forward to going back and teaming up with Louis again to choose our perfect wedding bands.

Our time at the Covent Garden location picking out our wedding bands was fantastic. The staff in the store were wonderful and took the time to assist us in selecting our rings, even though we arrived without a prior booking. Roberta was incredible and really made the whole process enjoyable; plus, the champagne was a nice touch!

I swung by the Covent Garden shop with a ring I purchased 5 years back. The main stone setting needed some tightening. No appointment was made; I just showed up. After a warm welcome at the entrance, I enjoyed a lovely coffee and a chat. Twenty minutes later, my wife's ring was all fixed up and polished, and it didn’t cost a dime. I had an amazing time at Vashi, especially thanks to Cesar, who was full of positive vibes, kindness, and patience. I bought these gorgeous diamond earrings, and Cesar took the time to explain everything and really got what I was looking for in the ideal pair. Overall, the other staff members I met were super nice and welcoming too. I was truly impressed with my visit and will surely come back for any future questions!

We brought our wedding bands and my engagement ring in for the complimentary care and engraving. The rings have consistently been stunning and of high quality, just like Vashi's service. Cesar was super attentive and friendly, making sure our engraving was done just right. We got our rings back in no time, and they look as good as new.
